摘　　要：目的探讨胸腔镜治疗原发性自发性气胸术后留置引流管数量对患者住院时间、术后拔管时间、术后肺不张、皮下气肿及术后疼痛评分的影响。方法回顾性研究浙江医院2014年2月~2017年2月收治的原发性自发性气胸患者56例,按照术后引流管留置数量分为单管引流组和双管引流组,并分析两组间上述住院时间等因素。结果单管引流组与双管引流组在住院时间、术后肺不张、术后皮下气肿比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组术后拔管时间、术后疼痛评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),单管引流组的术后拔管时间较双管引流组短,单管引流组的术后疼痛评分较双管引流组低。结论胸腔镜治疗气胸术后留置单管引流具有疼痛轻、操作简便及患者术后康复快等优点,值得临床广泛应用。Objective To investigate the effect of number of drainage tubes placed after thoracoscopy on the duration of hospitalization, duration of extubation, postoperative atelectasis, subcutaneous emphysema and postoperative pain score in patients with primary spontaneous pneumothorax. Methods Retrospective study was conducted on 56 patients with primary spontaneous pneumothorax admitted to Zhejiang Hospital from February 2014 to February 2017. Patients were divided into single tube drainage group and double tubes drainage group according to the number of postoperative drainage tubes placed. We also analyzed whether the difference of hospitalization duration and other factors was statistically significant between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the duration of hospitalization,postoperative atelectasis, postoperative subcutaneous emphysema between single tube drainage group and double tubes drainage group（P〉0.05）. The duration of extubation and postoperative pain score were significantly different between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The duration of extubation in the single tube drainage group was shorter than that in the double tubes drainage group, and the postoperative pain score in the single tube drainage group was lower than that in the double tubes drainage group. Conclusion Placing single drainage tube after thoracoscopic treatment of pneumothorax has advantages of pain relief, ease of operation and quick recovery of patients, which is worthy of applying widely in clinical.
