摘 要:目的探讨64排螺旋CT低剂量扫描对肺结节的诊断价值。方法收集2015年1月~2017年5月我院收治的55例肺结节病患者。患者均先行64排螺旋CT常规剂量扫描,一周内均再行低剂量扫描,比较两种不同剂量扫描方法检出的肺结节数目及其形态学特征。结果两组扫描方法检出的肺结节数目及其形态学特征比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用64排螺旋CT低剂量扫描和常规剂量扫描方法后的检出结果无明显差异,低剂量扫描可以有效减少对人体的辐射危害,值得推广。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of low-dose 64-multislice spiral CT for pulmonary nodules.Methods 55 patients with pulmonary nodules admitted to Baogang Hospital from January 2015 to May 2017 were collected. All patients underwent conventional dose 64-multislice spiral CT scan and low dose scan were then conducted within one week. The number of pulmonary nodules and their morphological features were compared between two different dose scanning methods. Results There was no significant difference in the number of pulmonary nodules and their morphological features between the two groups(P〉0.05). Conclusion There is no significant difference between the low-dose 64-multislice spiral CT scan and the conventional dose scan method. Low-dose scan can effectively reduce the radiation damage to the human body and is worth popularizing.
