摘　　要：目的了解石河子市社区2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的生活质量现状并探讨其相关影响因素,以期对石河子市社区T2DM患者生活质量的提高有所指导。方法采用整群抽样的方法,抽取石河子市13个社区的495例T2DM患者进行问卷调查,使用SPSS18.0进行统计描述,运用方差分析及多元逐步回归分析进行研究。结果石河子市社区T2DM患者生活质量的影响因素主要有文化程度、家居人口、运动、睡眠、低血糖频率、并发症数目,其中,家居人口影响最大。结论石河子市社区T2DM患者生活质量受多因素的影响,在关注低血糖发生频率、并发症数目的同时,应健全家庭支持系统,加强陪护及行为教育,督促适当运动,保证睡眠,进而提高T2DM患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the quality of life and related influencing factors of community-based patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2 DM） in Shihezi city, in order to provide evidence for improving the quality of life in Shihezi community. Methods 495 T2 DM patients from 13 communities in Shihezi were selected by cluster sampling method. The data were analyzed by ANOVA and multivariate stepwise regression analysis using SPSS 18.0. Results The main influencing factors for quality of life of community-based T2 DM patients in Shihezi city were education,household population, exercise, sleep, hypoglycemia frequency and number of complications. Among them, the influence of household population was the most significant. Conclusion The quality of life of community-based T2 DM patients in Shihezi city is affected by many factors. While paying attention to the frequency and complication of hypoglycemia, family support system should be improved, accompany and behavioral education should be strengthened, appropriate exercise and sleep should be supervised simultaneously, in order to improve quality of life of T2 DM patients.
