摘  要:煤化工废水具有高COD、高氨氮、低C/N的特征,如何解决水污染问题成为制约煤化工行业发展的关键。泓济环保将其独创的HBF工艺包应用在晋煤明水化工洁净煤气化配套废水处理站,工艺出水COD_(Cr)≤30~35 mg/L,TN≤15 mg/L,氨氮浓度未检出,具有出水稳定达标及运行费用较低的特点。The coal chemical wastewater has the characteristics of high COD, high ammonia nitrogen and low C/N. How to solve the problem of water pollution has become the key to the development of the coal chemical industry. HBF technology, which is originally developed by Shanghai Honess Environmental Technology Co. , Ltd. , was applied in Shandong Minghua wastewater treatment plant. Results show that effluent COD_(Cr)≤30~35 mg/L,TN≤15 mg/L , and ammonia nitrogen is ev en not detected. It is approved that HBF technology has the characteristics of stable effluent standard and low operating cost.
