摘　　要：MTU某型柴油机在中修后进行试车时,当转速加速到900 r/min时出现了"游车"现象,故障现象明显,可以很容易从声音和转速上辨别。该柴油机的额定转速为1 800 r/min,出现故障后对该现象进行了彻底的研究与分析最终确定了因为调速器传动装置故障而造成的后果。A certain type of diesel engine produced in MTU, will be tested when it is repaired. When the speed is accelerating 900 r/min, there is a phenomenon of “runner wagon” . Fault phenomenon can be easily distinguished from sound and speed. The rated speed of the diesel engine is 1800 r/min, After the failure, the phenomenon has been thoroughly studied and analyzed. Finally, the failure for the speed governor transmission device is determined.
