柴胡疏肝散治疗老年术后胃肠功能紊乱40例临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察柴胡疏肝散治疗老年术后胃肠功能紊乱的疗效及对免疫功能的影响。方法选取医院2013月5月至2015年5月收治的老年术后胃肠功能紊乱患者80例,随机分为研究组与对照组,各40例。对照组采用多潘立酮片(吗丁啉)联合马来酸曲美布汀胶囊治疗,研究组采用柴胡疏肝散治疗。结果研究组患者总体疗效显著优于对照组(Z=3.024,P=0.002),总有效率显著高于对照组(97.50%比80.00%,χ~2=4.507,P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者CD_3^+,CD_4^+,CD_8^+,CD_4^+/CD_8^+,免疫球蛋白(Ig A,Ig G)补体C3水平均显著高于对照组同期及治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组Ig M水平显著升高(P<0.05),但与对照组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论柴胡疏肝散治疗老年术后胃肠功能紊乱疗效显著,同时还可提升免疫功能,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Chaihu Shugan Powder for treating elderly patients with postoperative gas-trointestinal dysfunction and its effect on immune function. Methods Totally 80 patients with postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunctionadmitted to our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group,40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Domperidone Tablets combined with and Trimebutine Maleate Capsules,whilethe study group was treated with Chaihu Shugan Powder. Results The overall efficacy of the study group was significantly better thanthat of the control group（Z = 3. 024, P =0. 002）,and the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of thecontrol group（97.50% vs. 80.00% ,Xe = 4. 507, P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the levels of CD3 ＋ , CDa ＋ , CDs ＋ , CDa ＋/CDs ＋, immunoglobulin（IgA and IgG） complement C~ in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group and before treatment（P 〈 0. 05）.The level of IgM in the study group was increased significantly（P 〈 0. 05）,but there was no statistical difference compared with thecontrol group（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Chaihu Shugan Powder in the treatment of elderly patients with postoperative gastrointestinaldysfunction has significant effect,it can improve the immune function,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
