摘　　要：目的探讨医院实行冷链管理的重要性及影响因素。方法选取医院2015年未实施血液冷链系统临床反馈的输血患者19 749例与2016年实施血液冷链系统后得到临床反馈的输血患者22 300例,比较不良反应发生情况。结果总输血不良反应发生率由2015年的2.84%下降至2016年的0.49%,有显著性改变(P<0.05)。结论实行完善的冷链管理系统可保证血液在采集、制备、储存、运输、临床输注等过程中的安全与质量,避免临床输注中因血液制品保管不善而造成的医疗事故和纠纷,值得大力推广。Objective To investigate the importance of cold chain management in our hospital and its influencing factors. Methods Throughclinical feedback, 19 749 cases of blood transfusion patients who did not carry out blood cold chain system in 2015 and 22 300 cases of blood transfusion patients who carried out blood cold chain system in 2015 in our hospital were selected and the incidence rates of adverse reactions were compared. Results The incidence rate of total transfusion reaction was decreased fi＇om 2. 84% in 2015 to 0.49% in 2016,which had significant improvement（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The implementation of the cold chain management system can ensure the safety and quality of the blood collection,preparation,storage,transportation,injection process of clinical transfusion,avoid medical accidents and disputes caused by improper keeping of blood products in clinical transfusion,it is worthy of promotion.
