摘  要:GIS设备导体连接触头的间隙过大容易引发故障。在SF_6气体压力下,GIS设备壳体在安装过程中容易发生偏移,导致导体触头之间的间隙发生变化。本文针对某新建220 kV变电站出现的GIS设备壳体偏移问题,利用X射线数字成像技术对壳体内部进行透视检测。通过X射线影像分析了壳体偏移对母线导体连接触头间隙的影响,检测结果表明:壳体位移量在波纹管的作用下均匀分布于各个触头连接处,使触头间隙尺寸满足设计要求。The larger clearance of GIS contact may easily cause failure. Under the pressure of SF6 gas, GIS equipment shell will prone to oflset during the installation process. The oflset will change the clearance of the contact. Based on the GIS equipment shell oflset question of an new 220 kV substation, this paper detect the internal of GIS equipment shell in the way of X-ray digital imaging technology. Through the X-ray picture this paper analysis the influence that shell offset effect on the clearance of contact. Test results show that shell oflset is uniformly distributed in the contact joints on the eflect of bellows, so the clearance is meet the design requirement.
