云南接纳澜上电站西藏段电力需求分析

摘　　要：提出云南远景年用电饱和负荷水平,拟定具有代表性的电力供需场景,基于中长期及远景年电源接纳空间分析,提出了云南接纳澜上水电西藏段电力的需求。This paper proposes the saturation load in the forward level year, formulates the typical power supply scenarios, analyses the long-term electricity supply of Yunnan province, and then proposes the necessity and opportunity of accepting the hydropower stations of Lancang River in Tibet.
