2017年湖北省免疫规划疫苗接种率省级抽查结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解以乡(镇、街道)为单位儿童免疫规划疫苗(National Immunization Program Vaccines,NIPV)接种率。方法采用批质量保证抽样方法确定调查样本量,入户调查2岁组和7岁组儿童,定性评价以乡为单位NIPV接种率≥90%的情况。结果共抽查35个乡,共计2 940名适龄儿童。2岁组,百白破疫苗、乙脑疫苗接种率≥90%的乡比例均为97.14%,乙肝疫苗、卡介苗、脊灰疫苗、A群流脑疫苗、含麻疹成分疫苗、甲肝疫苗接种率≥90%的乡比例为100.00%;7岁组,脊灰疫苗、乙脑疫苗、白破疫苗、A群C群流脑疫苗接种率≥90%的乡比例分别为97.14%、94.29%、88.57%、80.00%,乙肝疫苗、卡介苗、百白破疫苗、A群流脑疫苗、含麻疹成分疫苗、甲肝疫苗≥90%乡比例为100.00%。2岁组有97.14%乡NIPV接种率≥90%;7岁组有77.14%NIPV接种率≥90%。结论湖北省以乡为单位NIPV接种率保持在较高水平,但少数乡疫苗接种率<90%。Objective To understand the immunization coverage of National Immunization Program Vaccines（ NIPV） at township level（ including town and street）. Methods Lot Quality Assurance Sampling（ LQAS） was adopted to determine the sample size of the survey,both of the 2-year-old groups and 7-year-old groups were investigated,the immunization coverage of NIPV was more than90% at township level. Results A total of 35 townships with 2 940 children was selected. For the 2-year-old groups,Diphtheria,Tetanus and Pertussis Combined Vaccine（ DTP）,Japanese Encephalitis Vaccine（ JEV）,the proportion of township with the immunization coverage of more than 90% was 97. 14%. Hepatitis B Vaccine（ Hep B）,Bacilli Calmette-Guérin Vaccine（ BCG）,Oral Poliomyelitis Attenuated Live Vaccine（ OPV）,Group A Meningococcal Polysaccharide Vaccine（ MPV-A）,Measles-containing Vaccine（ MCV）,Hepatitis A Vaccine（ Hep A）,the above six vaccines of the proportion of township with the immunization coverage of more than 90% was 100. 00%. For the 7-year-old group,OPV,JEV,Diphtheria and Tetanus Combined Vaccine（ DT）,Group A and C Meningococcal Polysaccharide Vaccine（ MPV-AC）,the proportion of township with the immunization coverage of more than90% was 97. 14%,94. 29%,88. 57% and 80. 00%,respectively. And Hep B,BCG,DTP,MPV-A,MCV,Hep A,the proportion of township with the immunization coverage of more than 90% was 100. 00%. In the 2-year-old group,97. 14% township had the immunization coverage of more than 90% for NIPVs. In the 7-year-old groups,77. 14% township had the immunization coverage of more than 90% for NIPVs. Conclusion The immunization coverage of NIPV at the township level in Hubei Province was kept at a high level,however,the immunization coverage in individual town was still less than 90%.
