摘　　要：以江东大桥穿越龙海市北溪饮用水源保护区为例,分析跨江(河)桥梁建设和运营对城市饮用水源保护区的生态环境的影响,提出相应的法治防治保护措施和补偿措施,并提出管理防范措施建议。Take Jiangdong Bridge across Longhai River, drinking water source protection area as an example, the analysis of cross river （River） affecting the ecological environment of bridge construction and operation of city drinking water source protection area, put forward the corresponding prevention measures to protect the rule of law and compensation measures, and puts forward prevention measures and management.
