摘 要:采用厌氧沼气池+A/O+氧化塘工艺处理海水冲洗猪圈废水,可稳定达标排放,盐度和p H值在整个处理工艺中均有下降,在嗜盐微生物得到驯化充分的情况下,海水盐度对厌氧影响较大,对A/O工艺和氧化塘影响较小。其中厌氧沼气池的COD去除率可稳定在70%~80%之间,A/O工艺COD去除率稳定在74%~85%之间,氨氮的去除率在75%~80%之间,混合液回流量是氨氮去除率的关键因素。氧化塘处理工艺中,氨氮的去除率在55%~65%之间,COD的去除率在60%~75%之间。Anaerobic biogas digester+A/O+oxidation pond process is used to treat seawater washing pigsty wastewater, which can stably meet the discharge standards. The salinity and pH value are decreased in the entire treatment process, while the halophilic microorganisms are fully domesticated. The salinity and anaerobic effects are relatively large and have little effect on the A/O process and oxidized ponds. The COD removal rate of the anaerobic digester can be stabilized at 70%-80%, the removal rate of A/O process COD is stable at 74%-85%, the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen is between 75%-80%. Return fow is a key factor in the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen. In the oxidation pond treatment process, the ammonia nitrogen removal rate is between 55% and 65%, and the COD removal rate is between 60% and 75%.
