摘 要:本实验从种子萌发、幼苗生长形态指标及成年植株生理指标等3方面来研究新银合欢(Leucaena leucocephla cv.Salvador)的水分生态适应性.试验设置不同土壤水分梯度(0.8%,2%,4%,6%,8%,10%,12%,14%,16%,18%),应用培养皿室内培养法研究不同土壤水分对种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响;应用自然干旱胁迫法,通过不同的水分胁迫处理天数(0,3,6,9及复水3 d)来研究不同土壤水分对成年植株生长的影响.结果表明:土壤含水量在14%~18%时,萌发率约63%;8%~12%时,萌发率约40%~50%;小于8%时,几乎不萌发.随着土壤含水量增加,各处理达到萌发高峰的时间缩短,发芽势以16%土壤含水量为最高.随着土壤含水量增加,其平均株高呈现上升趋势,但对节间长影响不明显;复叶长也呈现出增加的趋势,但各处理幼苗复叶宽差异不显著;小叶长上下波动不大,但幼苗小叶宽总体呈增加趋势;须根数量减少,但幼苗根长呈现出增加的趋势;幼苗茎叶鲜重呈现出增加的趋势,但幼苗根鲜重都减少,幼苗根体积也减少;幼苗茎叶、根的烘干重均呈现逐渐降低的趋势,10%~12%土壤含水量是最适新银合欢幼苗生长的水分条件.随着干旱胁迫的推移,叶绿素含量总体呈现出先下降、再上升、再下降的趋势,而丙二醛、脯氨酸含量呈现先上升、后下降,复水后仍继续下降的趋势.3个指标均与土壤含水量呈负相关,相关系数分别为-0.887,-0.802,-0.577.新银合欢成年植株能适应低至7.75%土壤含水量,具有较强的抗旱性.This experiment aims to study the ecological adaptability of L. Leucocephla cv.Salvador to water from the following three aspects: seed germination, morphological indicators of seedling growth and the physiological index of adult plants. By setting different soil moisture gradient (0.8%, 2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, 10%, 12%, 14%, 16% and 18%), and applying Petri dish culture method, the effects of different indoor soil moisture on seed germination and seedling growth were under study. In addition, by using the natural drought stress method with different water stress treatment days (0, 3, 6, 9 and complex water 3 days), the effect of different soil moisture on the adult plant growth was under study as well. The results showed that for the soil moisture content from 14% to 18%, germination rate is about 63%; For that from 8% to 12% , germination rate is about 40% to 50%; For that under 8%, almost no germination. With the increase of soil moisture content, the processing time to achieve the germination peak becomes shorter, whereas the germination in 16% soil water content is the highest. With the increase of soil moisture content, the average strains rise steadily, but without obvious effects on internode length; Frond length also presents the increasing trend while the seedling compound leaf width changes little in different processing; Lobular length fluctuates insignificantly while the seedling lobule’s width shows a trend of increase; The number of fibrous roots decreases while the seedling root length shows the increasing trend; Leaf fresh weight of seedling stem tends to increase while seedling root fresh weight and seedling root volume decrease; Seedling leaf and root dry weight decrease gradually, as soil water content of 10-12% is the most suitable new moisture condition for L. Leucocephla cv.Salvador seedlings. With the passage of drought stress, the overall chlorophyll content shows a process of first declining, then rising and falling.
