摘  要:托鲁巴姆茄子嫁接苗是生产上最好的抗病品种之一,目前三亚托鲁巴姆茄子嫁接苗田间感病严重,严重影响茄子的产量和品质.本研究通过从三亚托鲁巴姆茄子嫁接苗病株分离得到的菌株,经16S rDNA序列分析鉴定,确定该病菌是由茄科雷尔氏菌(Ralstonia solanacearum)引起.进化树构建结果显示三亚茄科雷尔氏菌测序序列与随机下载来不同类型的茄科雷尔氏菌均不能归为一类.在试验所选择的化学药剂室内试验筛选中,啶氧菌酯、四霉素、中生霉素、农用硫酸链霉素等四种药剂表现效果很好,其中三种为抗生素.该研究结果为当地田间茄子青枯病防治提供了参考.At present in Sanya, the grafted seedlings of Toru Bam eggplant, one of the best disease-resistant varieties in production, is catching serious disease which affects the yield and quality of eggplant. In this study the strains isolated from Toru Bam grafted eggplants in Sanya were sequenced by 16S rDNA analysis. The results showed that one of the strains is induced by Ralstonia solanacearum . Phylogenetic tree analysis showed that the strain could not be classified into the group of Ralstonia solanacearum downloaded randomly from NCBI. After the selected chemicals were screened on, four kinds of chemicals worked very well, namely, picoxystrobin, kanamycin, streptomycin, lincomycin, three of which are antibiotics. The results in this study will provide the reference for the prevention and the control of the R. Solanacearum in the local eggplant planting.
