摘 要:木寨岭隧道3#斜井为软弱围岩大坡度斜井,为满足无轨运输机械作业空间及性能要求,采用三台阶掏槽法施工,较常规三台阶法可为机械提供更大作业空间,能够形成平行流水作业,提高施工进度,在大坡度斜井施工中发挥了较好的效果。另外,通过超前小导管间距的调整,防止了大坡度斜井由于超前角度问题对围岩造成的扰动及坍塌。No. 3 inclined shaft of the Muzhailing Tunnel is large slope inclined shaft with weak surrounding rock, the three-step slotting method is adopted to meet the space and performance requirements of machinery operating for trackless transportation. Compared with the conventional three-step method, it has the advantages of providing more space for the operation of machinery, forming a parallel streamlined production, and improving the construction progress. Therefore, it can play a good effect on the construction of large slope inclined shaft. In addition, through adjusting the distance of the leading small ducts, the disturbance and collapse of the surrounding rock caused by the advanced angle of large slope inclined shaft are prevented.
