摘 要:采用正交试验法分析了挤压工艺对轨道交通车体用6005A铝合金空心型材焊合质量的影响,并通过低倍组织检验、焊合线扩口检验、电子显微观察和能谱分析等手段,对焊合不良的形成机制进行研究。结果表明,挤压比对型材焊合质量的影响最大,其次是挤压速度,最后是铸锭温度。模腔内金属的焊合压力及焊合时间不足是焊合不良的主要原因。通过增大挤压比并优化工艺参数可以避免焊合不良,同时获得力学性能优良的轨道交通用型材。The effects of extrusion processes on the welding quality of 6005A aluminum al- loy hollow profiles for rail transit were investigated with the orthogonal test method. Addition- ally, the macrostructure, microstructure inspection and EDX analysis, as well as the divid- ing-wall expansion test of the extrusion welds were conducted, which allow the formation mechanism of the poor welding quality of the hollow profiles to be explored. The results re- veal that the extrusion ratio have the most significant influence on the welding quality of hol- low profiles, followed by the extrusion speed, and at last the extrusion temperature. Poor welding quality is caused by the insufficient welding pressure and welding time.
