摘 要:通过对PVC生产过程、热老化过程、室外自然老化过程中产品的颜色变化和物理性能的测试分析来评价铅盐热稳定剂和钙锌复合热稳定剂对PVC防水卷材热稳定性的改善效果。结果表明,在热加工过程中,同剂量的铅盐稳定剂的热稳定效果优于钙锌复合热稳定剂;但在热老化和室外自然老化过程中,含钙锌复合热稳定剂产品的稳定性和综合性能指标要远远优于含铅盐热稳定剂的产品。Through test analysis on the color change and physical performances of PVC membrane during its production, thermal ageing and outdoor natural aging, the paper evaluates the thermal stability improvement of PVC waterproofing membrane with lead salt thermal stabilizer and calcium-zincum thermal stabilizer. Results show: during hot processing, the same dosage of lead salt stabilizer has better thermal stability than calcium-zincum composite thermal stabilizer, while during thermal ageing and outdoor natural ageing, the product with calcium-zincum composite thermal stabilizer possesses far superior stability and comprehensive performances than those with lead salt thermal stabilizer.
