摘　　要：眼眶蜂窝织炎、Vogt-小柳-原田综合征、白塞病和视神经脊髓炎在儿科临床中相对常见,并且可能造成严重的视功能损害。文章对上述影响儿童视功能的炎症性疾病临床表现、诊断和治疗简要介绍。临床需结合尽可能详细的临床资料,依据相关的标准和指南,规范诊治,这直接关系儿童未来的视觉健康发育。Orbital cellulitis, Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome, Beheet disease and neuromyelitis optica are common inflam- matory diseases in children which may cause severe damage to visual function. Clinical manifestation, diagnosis and treatment are discussed in this article. In addition to detailed clinical data, making correct diagnosis and giving proper treatment according to relative criteria and panel are also very important to the healthy development of children＇ s visual function.
