摘　　要：无论是基于仿真的系统设计、基于仿真的系统分析和基于仿真的系统辨识,还是构造仿真、实况仿真和虚拟仿真,无不呈现出安全而又经济有效的特征,因此得到宋健院士的高度赞誉:"仿真是科学实验的利器。"如今应建设现代化和世界科技强国以及创新型国家的需要,不仅需要农业仿真、工业仿真,对第三产业的仿真也特别需要!发展仿真服务和仿真服务文化的仿真服务化是仿真现代化的基本内容之一,尽管其内容相当丰富,但是,无论在广度上,还是在深度上,都有广阔的发展空间,大力开展仿真服务化必将使仿真技术发展更加红火。No matter system design based on simulation, system analyse based on simulation and system identifi- cation based on simulation, or Constructive simulation, Live simulation and virtual simulation, feature presented all that is safe and economy effective, tuerefore Songjian academician say very good：＂ Simulation is sharp knife of sci- ence experiment. ＂ Nowadays have a stronger desire for building modernization, powerful science and technologe country in the world and blazing new trails country, not only to need agriculture simulation and industry simulation, but actually to need tertiary industry simulation ! Simulation servitialization of develoning simulation service and simu- lation service culture is one between basic content of simulation modernization. There are wide develoning space re- gardless of scope or depth in spite of that its content is very plentiful. Hard development of simulation servitialization diverts surely that simulation technology development is very good.
