摘　　要：《变革与发展:大学图书馆的探索和实践》一书立足当下,在探索我国高校数字图书馆建设的道路上迈出了重要一步。该书选题新颖,研究价值较高;结构合理,逻辑严密;内容广泛,针对性强;理论与实践相结合,实用性强,可为我国高校图书馆数字化和现代化建设提供理论参考。Transformation and Development ： Exploration and Practice of University Libraries, based on the current situation, takes an important step forward in exploring the construction of digital libraries for higher education in our country. This book has novel selection and high research valuer its structure is reasonable and logic is strict; its content is extensive, has strong pertinence; it combines with theory and practice, has strong practicality, can provide theoretical reference for Chinese digital and modern con- struction of university libraries.
