摘  要:对D2钢进行不同处理后,利用OM、SEM和XRD进行了微观组织分析,并测试了硬度与冲击韧性,研究固溶-高温回火球化预处理对D2钢微观组织与性能的影响。结果表明:D2钢经固溶-高温回火处理后碳化物偏析程度明显降低,高温回火时碳和合金元素从过饱和的马氏体基体中析出,均匀聚集长大形成合金碳化物颗粒,改善了基体中碳化物的形态和分布;最佳的预处理工艺参数为780℃回火6 h,经最佳预处理-淬回火后,材料冲击韧性提高了23.8%。Microstructure of D2 steel after different treatments was analyzed by means of optical microscope( OM),scanning electron microscopy( SEM) and X-ray diffraction( XRD),and the hardness and impact toughness were tested. The influence of solid solution and high temperature tempering spheroidizing pretreatment on the microstructure and property of the D2 steel was studied. The results show that the segregation degree of carbides of the steel decreases obviously after solid solution and high temperature tempering treatment,and the carbon and alloy elements precipitate from the supersaturated martensite matrix during high temperature tempering,and the morphology and distribution of the carbides in matrix are improved by uniform aggregation and growth of alloy carbide particles. The optimum pretreatment process of the steel is tempering at 780 ℃ for 6 h,and the impact toughness increases by 23. 8% after the optimum pretreatment quenching and tempering.
