摘　　要：介绍了在线安全稳定分析系统的功能构架及主要功能,该系统利用实时电网运行数据进行分析计算,能够使得调控运行人员实时掌握当前电网运行状态,规避调控运行风险。在吉林电网的应用实例表明,与传统电网分析控制方式相比,该系统计算结果具有较强的时效性与可靠性。The paper introduces the functional framework and main functions of the on-line security and stability analysis system which uses the current power grid data to analyze the situation of power system. It can make the dispatcher master the state and avoid the risk of power grid. The application in Jilin power grid shows that it has competitive superiority to the traditional analysis method in terms of timeliness and reliability.
