有机蒙脱土对PP/POE体系微观结构及性能的影响

摘  要:采用有机蒙脱土(OMMT)对PP/POE进行改性,进行了力学性能、光学性能、结晶性能、微观形态、动态力学性能等一系列测试,力学测试发现:OMMT含量由0.2%增加到0.8%时,PP/POE体系的断裂伸长率由410%增加到611%,拉伸强度由16.1 MPa降低到11.9 MPa,冲击强度由37.9 kJ/m^2上升到54.1 kJ/m^2;透明度分析显示:透明度略微下降,雾度略增高;DSC测试发现:加入OMMT之后,结晶温度降低,结晶速率变小,结晶度没有太大的变化;DMA显示:加入OMMT之后,降低了体系的储能模量;扫描电镜结果显示为韧性断裂,弹性体颗粒在基体中的分散效果较好,分散相粒径由1μm下降到了0.3μm左右,说明OMMT的加入使POE在PP中的分散效果变好,促进了POE对PP的增韧作用。Organic montmorillonite (OMMT) was used to modify PP/POE. A series of tests such as mechanical tests, optical tests, crystallization tests, microscopic morphology tests, dynamic mechanical response tests were implemented. It was found that when the OMMT was increased from 0.2% to 0.8% , the elongation at break was increased from 410% to 611% , tensile strength was decreased from 16. 1 MPa to 11.9 MPa, impact strength was increased from 37.9 kJ/m2 to 54. 1 kJ/m2. DSC showed that both the crystallization temperature and crystallization rate turned smaller, and the crystallinity did not change much when OMMT were added. DMA showed that OMMT could reduce the storage modulus of the system. Scanning electron microscopy showed toughness fracture, the elastic particles were thinner, and the dispersed particle size decreased from 1 μm to about 0. 3 μm, it was indicated that the addition of OMMT made the dispersion of POE better in PP and made the effect of POE toughening PP better.
