摘 要:以尼龙6、聚乙烯、相容剂和抗氧剂为原料,在同向双螺杆挤出机中制备了增韧尼龙材料,采用注塑成型设备制备了拉伸和冲击样条。基于L_9(3~4)正交实验设计,研究了注塑温度、注射速度、注射时间和冷却时间这4个因素对增韧尼龙样条拉伸强度、拉伸屈服强度、断裂伸长率、室温和-40℃冲击强度的影响,经测试发现,制备的增韧尼龙材料具有优良的冲击强度,室温和-40℃冲击强度分别在95和16 kJ/m^2以上,拉伸强度大于46 MPa,每个考察因素对性能的影响强弱不同,采取低的注射速度和高的注射温度有利于提高增韧尼龙样条的性能,这是由于在这种条件下材料内部的均一性好,而且缺陷也较少。Toughening nylon 6 composite was extruded in co-rotating twin-screw extruder, using nylon 6, polyethylene, eompatilizer and antioxidant. Tensile and impact test samples were prepared by injection molding machine. Based on L9 (3^4) orthogonal experimental design, injection temperature, injection speed, injection time and cooling time were explored to elaborate the effects on physical properties of toughening nylon 6 : tensile strength, yield strength, elongation at break, impact strength at 25 ℃ and - 40 ℃. Perfect impact strengths were obtained : more than 95 kJ/m^2 at 25 ℃ and 16 kJ/m2 at - 40 ℃, at the same time, tensile strength of sample was above 46 MPa. Factors had different effects on the physical properties. All in all, lower injection speed and higher injection temperature were benefit for increasing physical properties, because of more homogeneous and lacking defects in samples of toughening nylon 6.
