摘  要:根据"金属粉末+尼龙树脂"喂料的流动特性和医用散热罩通孔多、尺寸大的结构特点,设计了一副单型腔MIM注塑模具。浇注系统采用热流道和潜伏式浇口。基于制件对定模包紧力大及潜伏式浇口易断裂的问题,流道凝料和定模均采用了延时脱模机构,侧向通孔则采用8个"斜导柱+滑块"非同步侧向抽芯机构,制件最后由推板推出。模具结构合理,新颖实用,成功解决了多孔散热罩金属粉末注射成型过程中的技术难题。模具投产后运行安全可靠,成型质量稳定,注射周期为25 s,劳动生产率提高了10%,制件经后期烧结脱脂后,尺寸精度达到IT5,符合设计要求。According to the feeding characteristics of "metal powder + nylon resin" and the structural characteristics of medical radiator with multi-hole and large-size, a MIM injection mold with single cavity was designed. In the mold, hot runner and latent gate were used in gating system. Because the clamping force of the plastic parts on the fixed mold, and the latent gate was easy to break. Solidified plastic of gating and parts delayed release mechanism were used in stripping system. The eight "oblique guide + sliders" non-synchronous lateral core pulling mechanism was used for the lateral core pulling mechanism. Finally, the product was pushed out of the board. When the mold was put into operation, the operation was safe and reliable, the forming quality was stable, the injection cycle was 25 s, and the labor productivity increased by 10%. The precision of the parts after sintering and degreasing had reached IT5, which met the design requirements. This proved that the mold structure was advanced and reasonable, novel and practical, and could solve the technical problems in the metal powder injection molding process of the porous heat radiation cover.
