摘　　要：目的:通过观察针刺对脑出血模型大鼠血肿形成后不同时间的血肿周围脑组织凋亡细胞及其百分率影响,研究针刺作用及其时效性的相关保护机制。方法:采用Wistar大鼠尾状核自体血缓慢注入法制作脑出血模型。脑组织细胞凋亡率测定分别应用TUNEL法及流式细胞术。结果:脑出血急性期TUNEL阳性细胞率显著升高,针刺各组均偏低,但高于假手术组,且针刺干预越早该比率越低;流式细胞检测结果基本与其一致。结论:针刺治疗能够改善脑出血急性期所造成的血肿周围脑组织相关的凋亡情况,从而在脑出血急性期起到保护脑组织的作用,且脑出血发生后针刺干预越早疗效越好。Objective： To study the protection mechanisms of function and time-effect relationship of acupuncture method by observing apoptotic cell in cerebral hemorrhage model rats＇ brain tissue around hematomas and its percentage effects at different times in acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods： The Wistar rats model of ICH were established by infusing autologous blood into caudate nucleus through stereotaxis technique. Apoptosis rate of brain tissue was analyzed by Terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated d UTP nick end labeling（ TUNEL） and flow cytometry（ FCM） methods. Results： TUNEL positive cell percentage had a significant rise at acute stage of ICH,yet the rates tended to reduce in all the groups,which was higher than that in sham-operated group,and higher acupuncture intervention with lower percentage. The result of FCM was basically consistent with it. Conclusion： Acupuncture treatment is able to ameliorate the apoptosis of brain perihematoma tissues of rats with ICH so as to protect the brain tissue from acute stage of ICH. And the earlier acupuncture intervention,the better curative effect will achieve.
