电针治疗抗精神病药物所致高泌乳素血症的临床对照研究

摘　　要：目的:观察电针治疗抗精神病药物所致的高泌乳素血症的临床疗效,以及其对精神分裂症患者精神症状的影响,为临床提供一个简便易行的、适合在基层医院及精神病专科医院推广的治疗方案。方法:选取2014年1月至2015年6月昌平区中西医结合医院收治的伴泌乳素升高的精神分裂症患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。观察组采用电针治疗,对照组采用安慰针模拟留针治疗。观察2组治疗前后的泌乳素水平及阳性和阴性综合征状量表(Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale,PANSS)评分。结果:治疗2周后,观察组泌乳素比治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组PANSS评分与治疗前比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗对患者精神症状影响较小。结论:电针治疗对伴高泌乳素血症的精神分裂症患者的治疗有一定疗效,可在一定程度上,减少抗精药物导致的不良反应,值得在基层医院及精神病专科医院推广。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of electroacupuncture in schizophrenics with Hyperprolactinemia（ HPRL）caused by the antipsychotic agents,and the effects of electroacupuncture on schizophrenics＇ psychiatric symptoms,so as to find out a simple,easy and suitable treatment plan in the grass-roots hospitals and the psychiatric hospitals. Methods： A total of 120 cases with schizophrenics with hyperprolactinemia who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Electroacupuncture was used in the treatment group while the placebo acupuncture in the control group. The level of the prolactin and the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale（ PANSS） scores before and after treatment were assessed. Results： After 2-week treatment,the level of the prolactin in the treatment group was decreased,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）,while not in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups in the lever of the prolactin after the treatment（ P〈0. 01）. Compared with before treatment,there was no difference in the PANSS scores between the two groups after the treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Electroacupuncture had a small influence on schizophrenics＇ psychiatric symptoms. Conclusion： Electroacupuncture has some effects on HPRL caused by the antipsychotic agents in schizophrenics. It can reduce adverse drug reactions in some degree and is worthy of promotion in grass-roots hospitals and the psychiatric hospitals.
