摘　　要：酒精性肝病(ALD)是因摄入酒精超量引起的一类严重损害肝脏功能的疾病。随着近年来我国居民生活水平的提高,酒精消费逐年增加,国内ALD患者也呈逐年提高的趋势,是病毒性肝炎之外最多的肝病发病原因之一。有鉴于此,国内外专家学者对此病症的关注和研究也越来越重视。本文对近年来ALD研究的文献进行分析,发现中药治疗ALD的研究越来越多,且具有多靶点、多环节治疗的特点,临床整体疗效较好。Alcoholic liver disease（ ALD） is a type of liver disease caused by excessive alcohol consumption. With the improvement of living standards of residents in our country in recent years,alcohol consumption and the domestic ALD patients have showed a trend of increase year by year,which was one of the most etiological agents besides the reasons of liver disease. In view of this,domestic and foreign experts and scholars had paid more and more attention to this disease. This paper analyzed the literature of ALD research in recent years,and found that more and more studies on the treatment of ALD in Chinese medicine,with the characteristics of multi-target and multi-link therapy,and good overall clinical efficacy.
