摘　　要：柴油电控HPI喷油器快速检测装置通过PLC控制气路从而实现对HPI喷油器的喷嘴端,喷嘴柱塞,泵端等偶件的快速检测,实现了快速检测定位HPI喷油器问题位置。利用空气流量进行检测有利于减小实验油的污染,降低检测时间,提高检测准确性。The rapid detection of diesel electronic control HPI injector device by PLC pneumatic control so as to realize the nozzle on the HPI injector nozzle end, plunger pump end, rapid detection etc. parts. It is to achieve a rapid detection of HPI injector position, using air flow detection is beneficial to reduce the oil pollution to reduce the detection time, improve the detection accuracy.
