大金防水剂在芳纶织物拒水拒油整理中的应用

摘　　要：作为一种高性能合成纤维,对芳纶进行拒水拒油整理,可提高芳纶的服用性能。将大金防水剂应用于芳纶织物的拒水拒油整理中,探讨各工艺因素的影响效果。结果表明,TG-5545、TG-5546、TG-5673、TG-5601能赋予芳纶超强的拒水拒油性能,复配使用性能更加优良;结合交联剂应用,整理效果的耐久性显著。Aramid fiber is a kind of high-performance synthetic fiber, water- and oil-repellent finish can im- part aramid fiber better performance. Daikin＇s waterproof agent is applied to the water- and oil-repellent finish of aramid fabrics, and the effects of various processing parameters are discussed. The results show that TG-5545, TG-5546, TG-5673 and TG-5601 can impart aramid fabric super water- and oil-repel- lent property, and the compounding performance is even better. In combination with cross-linker applica- tions, the durability of the finishing effect is significantly improved.
