摘　　要：乔姆斯基创立的转换—生成语法理论是语言学界的一场革命,其强大的生命力根源于其理论之基,生成语法本体论建构有着深层的哲学基础。分析哲学,作为现代西方哲学的主要哲学思潮之一,它的特征突出地表现为经验主义的传统。乔姆斯基的语言学理论,在其创立、发展和完善的过程中,受到了分析哲学的深刻影响,与分析哲学存在着不可或缺的联系。在一定意义上可以说,乔姆斯基实现了对于分析哲学的继承与超越。对此问题的研究有助于我们透视分析哲学在乔姆斯基语言学理论创建中的作用,同时深化对于乔姆斯基革命性成果转换—生成语法理论的理解。Transformational-generative grammar put forward by N.Chomsky is a revolution in linguistics.Its strong power lies in its theoretical foundation.Ontology for transformational-generative grammar is built on philosophical basis.The most important feature for analytical philosophy,which is one of the modern western philosophical schools,is empirical tradition.Chomsky＇s linguistic theory,in the process of building,developing and perfecting,is deeply influenced by analytical philosophy and is also closely related to analytical philosophy.This thesis studies how N.Chomsky inherits and surpasses analytical philosophy.Theoretical research approach and comparing research approach are used in the study.The study will help us to deeply understand analytical philosophy＇s function for building Chomsky＇s linguistic theory and Chomsky＇s revolutionary achievement：transformational-generative grammar.
