我国体育援疆问题研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料等方法,研究我国体育援疆现状。成效:体育援疆工作机制基本建立;以全民健身事业援助为重点,体育基础设施建设取得明显进展;援助力度进一步加大,可持续发展能力显著增强;体育文化交流亮点频现,促进民族和睦社会和谐。问题:社会综合效益不明显;体育设施援助覆盖面有限;面向公共体育服务援助不够,基层文体组织力量薄弱;体育人才、产业援疆相对滞后,优质资源还没有转变成发展优势。建议:树立融合发展理念;突出精准援助,注重体育基础设施使用效益;搭建体育文化交流平台,夯实基层体育组织;加大体育人才援助力度等。By means of literature review and so on, this paper studies the achievements, problems and suggestions of sports aid to Xinjiang in China. Results： the working mechanism was basically established, the assistance of funds and projects was obviously increased; emphasis on national fitness aid and significant progress has been made in the construction of sports infrastructure; the ability of sustainable development has been significantly enhanced and national and social harmony has been promoted. Problems： insufficient comprehensive social benefits; limited coverage of sports facilities; insufficient assistance for public sports services; high quality resources have not been transformed into development advantages, etc. Suggestions： to establish the concept of integration and development; give prominence to precision assistance; innovate the carrier and method of national unity; increase the strength of assistance of sports talents, etc.
