摘　　要：国际载人航天60多年来,经过了短期到长期飞行的实践,航天心理学逐步探索出航天员的胜任特征,形成了一系列候选航天员及航天乘组的心理选拔方法、地面心理训练方法以及在轨心理支持措施,成为载人航天飞行任务成功的重要保障之一。本文系统介绍了航天心理学概念形成、短期、长期飞行中的心理应激源及其对策、研究内容及方法、心理支持措施等,以及未来航天飞行中所面临的心理挑战和航天心理学的发展方向。In the past 60 years,space psychology has become an important support for the success of manned spaceflight missions in the practice of short to long-term flight missions. The astronaut competency has been explored,a series of methods in psychological selection of candidate astronauts and flight crew,as well as ground psychological training and on-orbit psychological support measures were formed. The establishment of space psychology,the psychological stressors and countermeasures,research area and methods,psychological support measures in short and long-term flight,as well as the psychological challenges in future space flight and the prospection of space psychology were systematically introduced in this article.
