摘 要:针对体外反搏装置治疗效果准确性和自动化程度差的缺陷提出了体外反搏装置治疗效果自动优化方法。依据患者治疗时采集的心电R波特征设计了快速高效的R波识别算法,并根据患者颞脉波在反搏前后的特征点设计了搜索算法。提出了体外反搏装置治疗效果评价方法,依据心电波和颞脉波特征点提出了体外反搏装置治疗效果自动优化算法。测试结果表明,该算法获得了最佳的治疗效果,大大提高了体外反搏装置的自动化程度,具有较好的参考价值和应用前景。Aiming at the shortcomings of accuracy and poor automation of the external counterpulsation device,an automatic optimization method of the external counterpulsation device treatment effect is presented. Firstly,a ECG wave and temporal pulse wave acquisition and processing circuit is developed,and a fast and efficient R-wave recognition algorithm is designed based on ECG R-wave feature. The searching algorithm is designed according to the characteristic points of the temporal pulse before and after counterpulsation. The method of evaluating the effect of external counterpulsation device is put forward. According to the acquired ECG and temporal pulse wave characteristic points,an automatic optimization algorithm of the external counterpulsation device is obtained. Test results show that the proposed algorithm has obtained the best counterpulsation effect,while greatly improves the degree of automation of the external counterpulsation device. This automatic optimization algorithm and device has a good reference value and application prospect.
