摘 要:为更加合理的利用太阳模拟器焦平面辐射能流,以所构建的集聚型太阳模拟器为研究对象,利用红外热像仪对光源和焦平面离焦时焦平面温度场进行实验测试以体现焦平面辐照度变化情况。结果表明:随着光源或焦平面离焦,焦斑内辐照度由高斯分布逐渐变得分散,辐照不均性降低,焦斑面积明显增大;光源正向离焦5mm比负向离焦5mm造成焦斑内辐照度分布更加分散,总辐照度损失更大;焦平面负向离焦100mm相比于氙灯离焦5mm,焦斑范围内辐照度不均度变化不大,平均辐照度下降更低。研究结论可为太阳模拟器调焦机构设计、合理利用焦平面辐射能流提供重要参考。In order to make the more reasonable use of the focal plane radiant energy flow of the solar simulator,The constructed solar simulator is served as the research object.The temperature field of the light source and the focal plane defocusing by using an infrared camera are tested,which reflect the focal flat irradiance changes.The results show that the inter irradiance in the focal spot gradually disperses from Gaussian distribution with the defocus of the light source or the focal plane,the radiation unevenness decreases and the focal spot area increases obviously.Forward direction defocus of 5 mm caused more dispersion of focal spot inner irradiance and greater loss of total irradiance than negative direction defocus of 5 mm.Focal plane negative defocus of 100 mm compared to xenon lamp defocus of 5 mm,focal spot uneven irradiance is little change,lower average irradiance.The important reference for the design of focusing mechanism of solar simulator and rational utilization of focal plane radiation energy can be provided.
