摘 要:通过梳理我国照明电器标准及标准体系现状,分析了我国照明电器标准及标准体系存在的管理与归口单位众多、标准交叉重复、标准制修订和复审周期普遍较长、与国际标准接轨紧密度不足等问题,从而提出了加强标准体系建设和优化工作力度、充分发挥社会团体和企业力量、规范标准制修订和复审管理工作、建立国际标准和国外先进标准跟踪机制等完善建议。By combing the present situation of standard and standard system of lighting electrical appliances in China, this study analyzes the problems such as the large number of management units, the overlap and duplication among standards, a long cycle of standard formulation, revision and review, and the lack of tightness with international standards. Thus, this paper puts forward some suggestions, such as strengthening the construction and optimization of standard system, giving full play to the strength of ~oeiat organizations and enterprises, perfecting the work of standard formulation, revision and review, establishing information tracing system of international standards and foreign advanced standards.
