摘 要:采用氢氧化钠-尿素水溶液预处理高卡伯值慈竹硫酸盐浆,以期改善其漂白性能,并利用纤维质量分析仪、红外光谱仪和X-射线衍射仪等表征处理前后纤维微观性能的变化情况。研究结果表明:碱脲体系在用碱量5%、冷冻时间30 min和纤维浓度15%的处理条件下,竹浆的漂白效果最佳;处理后的纸浆漂后白度可提高23%,得率损失6.7%,纤维素的官能团结构和结晶区结构没有明显变化。Unbleached KP with high kappa number of sinocalamus affinis was treated in NaOH-urea aqueous solution under the conditions of -10%2 to modify the bleaching property.The micro-properties of the untreated and treated fiber were analyzed by FQA, FT- IR and XRD. The optimal conditions were alkali dosage of 5%, freezing time of 30 min, and fiber concentration of 15%. Compared to those of untreated KP, the whiteness of treated KP with the bleaching process of ClO2 and H2O2 could be increased by 23% when losing 6.7% of yield. According to the analysis of micro-properties, there was no obvious variation on the analysis of FQA, FT-IR and XRD.
