摘　　要：目的探讨脉络膜黑色素瘤影像检查的诊断价值。方法采用超声、CT、MRI检查诊断脉络膜黑色素瘤14例。其中超声与CT 6例,超声与MRI 8例。结果 B超及CT显示半圆形密度均等肿块,MRI提示T1加权像中到高信号,T2加权像为低信号。结论 B超检查结合CT、MRI的联合应用能充分显示脉络膜黑色素瘤的影像特征,对脉络膜黑色素瘤的诊断具有重要的临床价值。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of imaging examination. Methods 14 cases of choroidal malignant melanoma confirmed by pathological examination were studied. 6 cases by ultrasonography and CT,8 cases by ultrasonography and MRI. Results B-ultrasonography and CT show a mass of semi-round and isodensity,MRI T1 shows middle to high signal,and T2 shows a low signal. Conclusion B-method ultrasonography combined with CT and MRI shows the imaging characteristic of choroidal melanoma,and has important clinical value.
