内蒙古乌兰浩特某羊群暴发小反刍兽疫的诊断

摘　　要：2016年，内蒙古乌兰浩特某羊群暴发临床上以发热、流涎、口腔黏膜严重溃疡、呼吸道症状严重为特征的疫病，发病率为34．30％，死亡率为49．60％。本研究通过流行病学调查、临床与病理学检查及分子生物学检测等方法，确定该羊群暴发的疫病为小反刍兽疫（PPR）。应用PCR技术，扩增分离毒株NH13的N蛋白基因序列并进行序列测定与比对分析，结果显示NH13毒株与国内外新近报道的小反刍兽疫病毒（PPRV）毒株的同源性高达96．4％，表明引起该次暴发流行的PPRV NH13毒株与近几年国内不同地域暴发的PPRV可能源于同一病毒。本研究结果为PPR的防控提供分子流行病学理论依据。Peste des petits ruminants（PPR） is a highly contagious and economically important viral diseases affecting sheep, goats and wild small ruminants. PPR is listed as one of the communicable diseases by OIE and a category I infectious disease in China,which pose a severe threat to sheep industry. In this study,we diagnosed an outbreak of diseases in a goat farm characterized by high fever,stomatitis, diarrhea, pneumonia and enteritis with a morbidity and mortality rate up to 34. 30% ,49.60% respectively,as peste des petitis ruminants via epidemiology, clinical examina- tion, pathology, and molecular approaches. Sequence alignment analysis of the PCR-amplified frag- ment demonstrated that the PPRV isolated from Wulanhaote shares high sequence identities with the GZL-14 strain and other PPRV strains reported in China,indicating that the PPRV responsible for the outbreaks is likely originated from the same PPRV strain spreading across our country.
