摘  要:旨在研究新疆伊犁地区马梨形虫病的流行动态及其影响因素。于2015黏3—6月定点采集了伊犁地区马的213份血样及其体表硬蜱712只,4个月的蜱指数分别为2.22,3.59,5.73,2.28;借助PCR检测马及其体表硬蜱的带虫率,结果显示,被检马匹全血DNA阳性率分别为37.93%,52.17%,53.06%,18.33%;硬蜱带虫率为11.12%,16.67%,20.13%和6.24%。该区4,5月份为马梨形虫病的高发期,马泰勒虫(4月)与驽巴贝斯虫(5月)的感染高峰期有所不同。马源性梨形虫病与媒介蜱带虫率之间差异显著(P〈0.05),而与蜱指数之间无显著性差异(P〉0.05),故该病的流行与带虫媒介蜱的活动规律有直接关系。The study is to research the epidemic dynamics of equine piroplasmoses(EP) and its in- fluences in Yili, Xinjiang. 213 horse blood samples and 712 ixodes samples were collected from March to June in Yili. And the index of ticks were 2.22,3.59,5.73 and 2.28,respectively. The all samples were tested by PCR and the results showed that the positive rates of EP in 4 mouths in horses/ticks were 37.93%/11.12%,52.17%/16.67%,53.06%/20.13% and 18.33%/6.24% ,re- spectively. The analysis showed that the high incidence seasons of Theileria equi and Babesia caballi were April and May. There was a significant difference in horses and ticks infected with pi- roplasmosis(P〈0.05),but there was no significant difference in EP and tick index( P〉0.05). Prevalence of EP is directly related to the period of vector tick activity.
