摘  要:近年来不同铜源对猪消化道的影响多有报道,本试验为了了解不同铜源以及铜含量时猪呼吸道菌群的影响,选取15头体质量为(29±2.8)kg、无呼吸系统疾病、无抗生素使用史的健康阉公猪随机分成5组,每组日粮中添加不同含量不同种类的铜源。A组为对照组,每日基础日粮中铜含量为10mg/kg。B组和C组为硫酸铜组,B组每日基础日粮中硫酸铜含量为150mg/kg,C组每日日粮中硫酸铜含量为300mg/kg;D组和E组为氨基酸铜组,D组每日日粮中氨基酸铜含量为150mg/kg,E组每日日粮中氨基酸铜含量为300mg/kg。20d后宰杀,无菌条件下取各组猪喉头气管内容物,通过PCR—DGGE法对其进行检测分析。结果显示:硫酸铜对呼吸道菌群的影响较大,铜含量过高会使呼吸道菌群的种类减少,即无机铜对呼吸道菌群的影响高于有机铜对呼吸道菌群的影响。结果表明:高铜会使呼吸道菌群的多态性减少。In recent the digestive tract years, there were many reports about the effect of different copper sources on of pigs, In order to understand the effect of different copper sources and copper contents on the respiratory tract flora of pigs, 15 healthy barrows were selected which were (29± 2.8) kg without respiratory disease and antibiotics. The healthy barrows were randomly divided into five groups, each group diet was added different kinds of copper sources with different con- tents. Group A was the control group,the content of copper was 10 mg/kg. Group B and C were cupric sulfate group, the content of cupric sulfate was respectively 150 mg/kg and 300 mg/kg. Group D and E were the amino acid copper group, the content of amino acid copper was respective- ly 150 mg/kg and 300 mg/kg. After 20 days, the laryngeal trachea contents were collected under sterile conditions,and the contents were analyzed by PCR--DGGE method. The result showed that copper sulfate has a great effect on the respiratory tract flora, the species of respiratory flora were decrease with the increasing copper contents. This study established a foundation to scientific breeding in animal husbandry.
