摘 要:试验旨在研究饲料中添加不同比例的黄芪茎叶对断奶仔猪饲料养分消化率、小肠食糜理化特性及盲肠发酵效果的影响。选择36头平均体质量为(10.84±1.86)kg的长×大二元断奶仔猪,随机分为4组:0.0%黄芪茎叶组(对照组)、2.5%黄芪茎叶组(I组)、5.0%黄芪茎叶组(II组)和7.5%黄芪茎叶组(Ⅲ组)。每组3个重复,每个重复3头猪,预饲期5d,正式期35d。结果显示,与对照纽相比,I组粗蛋白、粗纤维及于物质消化率均差异不显著(P〉0.05),HI组显著降低(P〈0.05);相比对照组,I组小肠各段pH值差异显著(P〈0.05),小肠各段失水率升高,但差异不显著(P〉0.05),十二指肠、空肠胰蛋白酶活性以及空肠、回肠脂肪酶活性显著升高(P〈0.05);与对照组相比,I组仔猪盲肠pH值降低,同时提高了总VFA的含量,但差异均不显著(P〉0.05)。结果表明,日粮中添加不同比例的黄芪茎叶会对仔猪养分消化率、小肠食糜理化特性以及盲肠内挥发性脂肪酸含量产生一定的影响,以2.5%添加量最为适宜。The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of Astragalus mernbranaceus sup- plemented with different proportions of stems and leaves on nutrient digestibility, physicial and chemical properties of small intestinal digesta and caecum fermentation. 36 weanling piglets with an average weight of(10.84±1.86) kg were randomly divided into four groups.0.0% Astragalus stems and leaves group(control group) ,2.5% Astragalus stems and leaves group( I group) ,5.0% Astragalus stems and leaves group(group II ) and 7.5% Astragalus stems and leaves group(group III ), three replicates of each group and three pigs in each replicates, Pre-feeding period of 5 d, the official period of 35d. The results showed that the digestibility of crude protein,crude fiber and dry matter in group I were not significantly different with those in control group(P〉0.05), but the group III were significantly lower than those in control group(P〈0.05). Compared with the con- trol group,the difference of the pH value of the small intestine in group I was significant(P〈 0.05) ,and the difference of water loss was not significant(P〉0.05), the activity of trypsin in duo- denum and jejunum and the activities of lipase in jejunum and ileum were significantly increased (P〈0.05). Compared with the control group,the cecal pH of group I was decreased and the con- tent of total VFA was not significantly increased(P〉 0.05). In conclusion, the stalks, stems and leaves of Astragalus mongholicus had different influence on nutrient digestibility, physical and chemical properties of intestinal chyme and volatile fatty acids in cecum, and 2.5 % was the most suitable addition amount.
