清湿利腰汤对湿热型腰椎间盘突出症患者血清PGE2和5-HT的影响研究

摘　　要：目的分析研究清湿利腰汤对湿热型腰椎间盘突出症患者血清PGE2和5-HT的影响。方法选取佛山市中医院检验医学中心2016年2月—2017年4月间80例湿热型腰椎间盘突出症患者,分对照组与观察组。对照组予以常规的西药治疗,观察组予以清湿利腰汤治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效与治疗前后血清PGE2和5-HT的含量,同时观察其含量与临床症状对应的关系。结果观察组的总有效率为95.12%,明显高于对照组的58.97%,治疗后的血清PGE2和5-HT含量明显低于对照组患者;同时湿热型LDH神经根痛与血清炎症介质PGE2、5-HT呈正相关。结论清湿利腰汤能够有效降低血清PGE2和5-HT含量,具有临床推广价值。Objective To study effect of clearing dampness and strengthening waist decoction on serum PGE2 and 5-HT in patients with hot and humid lumbar intervertebral protrusion. Methods 80 cases with hot and humid lumbar intervertebral protrusion from February,2016 to April,2017 were divided into control group and observation group. The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group received clear and wet waist decoction. The changes of serum PGE2 and 5-HT levels before and after treatment and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed,and the relationship between the content and the corresponding clinical symptoms were observed. Results The total effective rate of observation group is 95. 12%,which is significantly higher than 58. 97% of the control group. Serum PGE2 and 5-HT content after treatment is significantly lower than that in control group; at the same time damp heat type LDH nerve root pain and inflammation of serum PGE2 and 5-HT are positively correlated.Conclusion Clearing dampness and strenghening waist decoction can effectively reduce the serum PGE2 and 5-HT content,and it has clinical value.
