摘　　要：供应链金融是基于实体产业经济和真实金融交易而产生的新型金融业务活动,可以通过对借贷资金的计划、控制以及合理分配盘活金融参与主体的流动资产,提升产业链内参与主体的运作效率。近年来互联网供应链金融因资金链断裂或者金融欺诈行为而导致供应链金融崩塌的事件频发,对我国互联网供应链金融的发展以及社会经济稳定产生了消极影响。文章认为,有必要通过健全互联网金融发展机制、制定行业标准以及建立企业内部风险控制应急机制,加强对我国互联网供应链金融风险管理力度,以促进我国互联网供应链金融的健康发展。The supply chain finance is based on the entity industry economy and financial transactions and produce a new type of real financial business activity, which can through to the plan, control and reasonable distribution of borrowed money to revitalize the liquidity of the financial participation main body, as well as improve operational efficiency of the industrial chain in participation main body. But in recent years the Intemet financial supply chain financial collapse incidents caused by capital chain rupture or financial fraud happened, which have negative impact on social and economic stability. Therefore, it is necessary through a sound financial development mechanism of Internet finance, formulating industry standards and setting up emergency mechanism to strengthen enterprise internal risk control of Internet financial supply chain risk management, in order to promote the healthy development of the Intemet financial supply chain in China.
