摘　　要：构建科技创新动力机制对区域实施创新驱动发展,促进经济转型具有重要意义。科技创新动力机制一般由资源投入、主体结构、支撑要素、输出效率四个维度构成,决定科技创新的方向、范围、侧重及效果。聚焦江苏地区探索,可以发现江苏已经构建了以联动效应、集成效应、转换效应、协同效应为特色的科技创新动力机制,其经验启示可以概括为政府主导政策体系的变迁、产业发展过程的融入和持续性、动态性、多源性投入机制等方面。The construction of science and technology innovation dynamic mechanism will be very important for the regional implementation of the innovation driven development and the economic transformation.The science and technology innovation dynamic mechanism consists of four dimensions, namely, resource input, main structure, supporting elements and output efficiency, as well as determine the direction, scope, emphasis and effect of scientific and technological innovation. Focusing on the exploration of Jiangsu province, it can be found that Jiangsu has constructed a technological innovation dynamic mechanism featuring linkage effect, integration effect, transformation effect and synergistic effect. The empirical enlightenment can be summarized as the changes of government leadin policy system, integration and sustainability of industrial development process, dynamic and multi-source input mechanism.
