摘 要:目的制备纯镁超声微弧氧化(UMAO)-硅烷载不同浓度人乳铁蛋白(HLF)复合膜层,研究其对成骨细胞的影响。方法以纯镁UMAO-硅烷为对照组,分别添加浓度为0.05 mg/ml、0.1 mg/ml、0.2 mg/ml的HLF为实验组,研究细胞黏附、增殖、形态情况。结果 Cell Counting Kit-8(CCK-8)测定的光密度(OD)值,细胞黏附与增殖均为C组>D组>B组>A组,各组随时间增长呈递增趋势,各组数据分析均具有统计学差异。激光共聚焦镜下示C组细胞数量与形态最优。结论纯镁UMAO-硅烷-0.1 mg/ml HLF复合膜层成骨细胞相容性最佳。Objective Preparation of pure magnesium ultrasonic micro-arc oxidation(UMAO)-silane containing different concentrations of human lactoferrin(HLF) composite membrane and study of its effect on osteoblasts. Methods The pure magnesium UMAO-silane was designed as the control group,HLF with different concentration of 0.05 mg/ml,0.1 mg/ml and 0.2 mg/ml were added respectively as experimental groups, and the cell adhesion, cell proliferation and cell morphology were studied.Results The optical density(OD) value,cell adhesion and proliferation measured by CCK-8 were in group C group D group B group A. Each group showed an increasing trend with time. Each group were statistically difference of data analysis. Laser confocal microscopy showed that the number and shape of the cells in the group C was the best. Conclusions Pure magnesium UMAO-silane-0.1 mg/ml HLF com-posite membrane has the best compatibility with osteoblasts.
