摘　　要：中医时间医学是在中医理论的指导下,研究人的生命活动与自然界之间周期性变化规律的学科。近年来肺系病的发病率逐年升高,从时间医学的角度,重视肺脏的生理、病理节律,择时干预,能显著提高临床疗效。从季节节律、子午流注理论、昼夜节律探讨肺系病的病理生理特征与时间医学的相关性,以及肺系病的时间治疗学运用,为临床肺系病的治疗提供新思路。Chinese medicine time medicine is a discipline that studies the laws of periodic change between human life and nature under the guidance of Chinese medicine theories. In recent years,the incidence of pulmonary system disease increases year by year. From the aspect of time medicine,emphasizing on the physiological and pathological rhythms of the lung and using timing therapy may improve the clinical effect. From the season rhythm,midday-midnight flowing theory and circadian rhythm,the authors explored the correlation between pathophysiological characteristics of pulmonary system disease and time medicine,as well as the chronotherapeutics application of pulmonary system disease,to provide new ideas for clinically treating pulmonary system disease.
