调控维生素D可能是中医补肾治疗帕金森病的潜在靶点

摘　　要：维生素D缺乏与帕金森病(PD)关系紧密,补充维生素D可有效改善其病情。肾虚与PD发生密切相关,补肾是中医治疗PD的主要治法。认为中医"肾藏精"功能和维生素D调控相近,提出维生素D可被视作"肾藏精"的客观物质基础,相关补肾中药组方在对维生素D产生调节作用的同时又能防治PD。认为补肾组方治疗PD可能通过调控维生素D发挥作用,维生素D可能是补肾治疗PD的潜在靶点。Vitamin D deficiency is closely associated with Parkinson＇s disease（ PD）. Vitamin D supplementation can effectively improve PD condition. Kidney deficiency is closely related to PD. Tonifying kidney is the main therapeutic method to treat PD in Chinese medicine. The authors think that the function of ＂kidney storing essence＂in Chinese medicine is similar to vitamin D. The authors put forward that vitamin D could be regarded as the objective material basis of ＂kidney storing essence＂. The related prescriptions of tonifying kidney may regulate the vitamin D,and prevent and treat PD at the same time. The authors hold that tonifying kidney prescriptions treating PD may play a role in the regulation of vitamin D. Vitamin D may be the potential target of tonifying kidney to treat PD.
