摘 要:高速铁路大风监测系统运用规则设置是否合理直接影响系统的运用效果,特别是大风报警限速区段和报警解除时限的设置,对列车运行安全、运行效率和调度员大风报警处置工作具有重要影响。从数据仿真分析的角度对高速铁路大风监测系统的大风报警限速区段和报警解除时限进行优化,并基于大风监测数据进行仿真分析。结果表明,大风报警限速区段不重叠的方案比限速区段重叠的方案可明显减少调度员大风报警处置的次数和大风限速对列车运行效率的影响,而大风报警解除时限全路不宜采用统一的标准,宜根据各线路大风的具体特点按线进行设置,研究可为高速铁路大风监测系统优化提供参考。The application rules of high-speed railway wind monitoring system directly affect the use effect of the system, especially the setting rules of wind alarm restriction section and wind alarm release time, which has a great influence on train operation safety, efficiency and dispatchers' wind alarm disposal work. This paper optimizes the application rules of the high-speed rail wind monitoring system based on the data simulation method, and these application rules include the speed restriction section and alarm release time. The results show that comparing the scheme with the overlap speed restriction section, the scheme with no overlap speed restriction section can significantly reduce dispatchers' disposal frequencies and the influence of train operation efficiency caused by wind alarms. For the alarm release time, it should not be adopt the unified standard for all high-seed railway lines, and should be set based on the specific wind characteristics of each line. The research may contribute to the optimization for the high-speed railway wind monitoring system.
