摘  要:针对R32空气源热泵系统存在的冬季制热性能下降、排气温度过高等问题,本文对使用闪发器的中间补气空气源热泵系统性能及影响因素进行了实验研究。结果表明,系统相对补气量、制热量及压缩机耗功均随着相对补气压力的升高而增大,排气温度则随着相对补气压力的升高而降低,而制热COP在环境温度高于-5℃时,随相对补气压力升高而减小,在环境温度低于-5℃时,随中间压力升高而呈先增加后减小趋势,系统最佳相对补气压力约为1.2。与传统空气源热泵系统相比,带闪发器的R32中间补气热泵系统的制热量及压缩机耗功均大于传统系统,排气温度则低于传统系统;当环境温度高于-3℃时,传统热泵系统制热COP高于闪发器中间补气系统,而当环境温度低于-3℃时,闪发器中间补气系统制热COP高于传统热泵系统。In order to solve the problems of high discharge temperature and performance decline in winter for the air source heat pump (ASHP) system using refrigerant R32, the performance of the flash tank vapor injection (FTVI) system was studied experimentally. The effects of the relative injection pressure on the performance and the discharge temperature of the FTVI system were analyzed. The results indicate that the relative injection ratio, heating capacity and power consumption of the compressor in- crease and the discharge temperature decreases with the increase in the relative injection pressure. As the ambient temperature is above -5℃, the system COP decreases with the increase in the relative injection pressure. As the ambient temperature is below -5℃, there is an optimum relative injection pressure, at which the heating COP achieves the maximum. For the heat pump system, the optimum relative injection pressure is observed at about 1.2. The comparison between the performances of the FTVI system and the conventional ASHP system indicates that the heating capacity and power consumption of the FTVI system are higher than those of the conventional system, while the discharge temperature of the compressor is lower than that of the conventional system. As the ambient temperature is above -3℃, the heating COP of the conventional system is higher than that of the FTVI system, while the PTVI system shows a higher COP as the ambient temperature is below -3℃.
